Our team works closely together to bring efficiency, safety, and our customers the services they deserve from our company. Using the combined experience of over 30+ years, we have been changing the way the trucking experience for our customers for 7 years and counting! Our team has a mix of experienced dispatchers and back-office workers as well as upper management and owners that have been drivers themselves and know all the ins and outs of the industry on the front lines. We are combining that to make sure we really do have you completely covered to build partnerships based on trust and our business’ integrity.
Here are some fun facts about us!
Established in 2016, HaulPlus Logistics has grown from a very small company with 2-4 trucks, to a growing company of 20+ trucks in 2022-2023. We are based out of the Pacific Northwest, specifically Kent, WA and have been expanding our services to include not only serving the PNW, but certain East Coast terminals as well.
Our president and co-owner started as truck drivers which have given the company a unique advantage as they have direct knowledge of how the ports in the PNW work, as well as the hours it takes to drive to locations, to wait at terminals, and hours of service to ensure no laws are broken but also to make sure we are efficient in delivery to avoid any excess charges.
Our dispatch manager has been in the industry for almost 10 years, and our customer relations specialist has been in the industry for both relations and dispatching for 15+ years. With the combined experience of them both, dispatch and customer service has been able to run as efficiently as possible to catch issues before it slows down operations, keep customers informed of all changes and charges that they need to be aware of, and even in providing training and council to the team to ensure the safety of every single move meets our standards.
We believe that without honesty, there is no reason to run a business. We are upfront with our customers and will always remain that way. This goes for charges, delivery times, any delays, and availability. Honesty is key.
We look for new solutions for any problems that arise in order to continue to provide our best services. Viewing problems in new ways is an important way we keep our customers happy.
Building trust with our customers is not something we take lightly, and we strive to build it with each and every one of our customers. We trust our team to provide the services to build that with customers, and trust them to gain that trust in return!
Our fearless leader has risen from years of being a driver to starting HaulPlus Logistics with his knowledge and expertise. Not alone of course, but our president does work in the background to ensure our trucks keep running and our company keeps going. He also works with our teams to make sure that they all perform to the standards he wants HaulPlus to maintain, all while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. With his guidance and his co-owners help, HaulPlus has become a company he can be proud of.
As the co-owner and overall manager with experience as a driver himself, he has been able to guide the teams in a unique way to provide the best service for both our drivers and customers due to his personal experiences. Working closely with all our team members, he ensures that everyone has the proper training, everything is correctly done before sending to a customer, and that all customers, team members, and drivers are all on the same page. A hard job, but one that is highly appreciated!
Our dispatch manager has many years in dealing directly with OTR dispatching and transloading coordination to ensure all freight is handled in a correct and efficient manner. With her sharp mind, she easily manages the details of each shipment to not miss anything while maintaining the big picture of our dispatch team to make sure all freight is handled.
The customer relations specialist has multiple years in the industry as both customer related services and as a dispatcher which helps give the company an edge when needing advice and guidance at any time. With a passion for the industry, our specialist strives to give each and every customer the time and service they deserve to ensure all needs are met and our customers content.
